Skewered Teriyaki Chicken

We hosted my father-in-law’s birthday party in the past weekend and I prepared a lot of Asian fusion food.
One of the my son’s favorite dish was Skewered Teriyaki Chicken and I will introduce easy sugar free Teriyaki chicken recipe today.

Skewered Teriyaki Chicken
Cuisine: Japanese
  • 1 lb Chicken
  • salt and papper
[Teriyaki Sauce]
  • 3 Tablespoon soy sauce (I used Gluten Free Tamari soy sauce)
  • 3 Tablespoon white wine (You can use rice wine as well)
  • 4-5 Tablespoon Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
  1. Cut chicken with bite size.
  2. Mix all Teriyaki Sauce ingredients.
  3. Saute Chicken with salt and papper about 1 minites.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and steam cook the chicken on low heat until done.
  5. Remove the lid and simmer until the sauce becomes thick.
  6. Thread 3 chunks of chicken and vegetable if you like.

We served it with rice ball.

Here is Halloween themed birthday party table for our family and party starts.


If you have leftover Teriyaki Chicken, you can make  sandwich with it.

You can use any hamburger bun or toasted sliced bread. Add lettuce, tomato, Teriyaki chickens, mayonnaise and ketchup!!!
