I also cooked the sushi cake at the happy girls day dish for us. You can make this sushi with your favorite ingredients using milk carton.

Ingredients
Sushi
- 210g sushi rice (short grain white rice + apple cider vinegar + sugar)
Each layer need 70g rice
Red layer:
- 1-2 Tablespoon cooked beet minced
Green layer:
- 1 Tablespoon cucumber (sprinkle salt and remove excess water)
- 1 Tablespoon shiso (Japanese perilla) minced

Other:
- 1 egg (1/2 teaspoon sugar and pinch salt)
- vegetable oil
- samokes salmon (garnich)
- 1 shiso (Japanese perilla)
- milk carton (washed and dried)
Instructions
- Oil a medium skillet and pour a egg mixture and make a thin omelet like a crepe. Cut the omelet into thin strips.
- Prepare green layer and red layer rice.

- Prepare milk carton to diamond shapeed on the plate.
- Add green rice at the bottom of the layer, add white layer, and red.

- Place egg strips, shiso, smokes salmon on the top.
