  • Cut beef (thinly sliced), potato, (bite sized pieces) onion(cut into wedges) and carrot(bite sized pieces) before cooking.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. saute the beef in the oil and add sugar, soy sauce and sake.
  • Add onion, potato, carrot. Cover rid and simmer for 20 minutes with medium heat. Please stir from the bottom sometimes.
