Smile Girl Dinner Plate

I am working mom but I try to cook fresh and healthy food for my picky eater as much as possible.

Here is the simple one plate dinner I serve one of the week day night for my kid!!

Here is ingredients and what how I decorate plate. Very easy and you can use anything you have at home.

Ingredients

  • rice cooked with Quinoa
  • Chinese Green vegetable Stir-Fried Choy Sum With Minced Garlic (I used this recipe)
  • Oven fried chicken ( I used this recipe)
  • lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes (yellow, and red)
  • corn steamed
  • broccoli steamed
  • edamame
  • nori sheet
  • carrot steamed
  • Nori sheet

How to plate

Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and place the rice on it.
