Easter Salad and ginger dressing

We had family gathering at our place in last weekend and I made this Easter Salad and ginger dressing.
This time I changed my original ginger dressing recipe this time.

Here is another ginger dressing recipe.

Ginger dressing and Easter Salad

Ingredients
  • ½ cup ginger cut into cubes
  • 1 cup carrot cut into cubes
  • 2 cup onion cut into cubes
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ to ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon miso
  • 1 Tablespoon vegenaise or your favorite mayonnaise(option)
  • 1½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 Tablespoon agave or maple syrup
  • lemon juice(option)
Instructions
  1. mix all ingredients in blender or food processor about 40 seconds.
  2. Serve with your favorite salad

 

For Salad, I used following ingredients.

Bunny egg

  • boiled egg
  • nori sheet
  • ham

Lady bug cherry tomato

  • cherry tomato (round shape)
  • nori sheet
  • olive
  • cream cheese

Other

  • prosciutto (make flower
  • lettuce
  • baby spinach
  • corn
  • cherry tomatoes
  • olive
