Miso Chicken Wing

I got very fresh and big chicken wings in Korean supermarket and I cooked this Miso flavor chicken wings in last weekend.

I baked as usual instead of deep flying and added horse decoration sice year of horse is coming soon!!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Chicken wing
  • salt, papper or Shio koji
  • olive oil or vegetable oil

  • 3 Tablespoon Miso
  • 3 Tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine (or white wine)
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoon gochujyang
  • 2 teaspoon garlic grated
  • ½ teaspoon ginger grated
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degree C).
  1. Prepare grated daikon and drain.
  2. Coat each chicken wings with salt pepper .
  3. Place a baking sheet on a baking pan, place chicken.
  4. Bake them about 30 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  5. Mix all ingredients [sauce] in the pan.
  6. After boiled, Toss the oven fried chicken with the sauce and serve immediately.
