It was really hot and humid yesterday and I cooked Korean BBQ at home.
here is the BBQ sauce recipe an how I cooked.

I used the following ingredients for BBQ sauce and marinated beef and pork overnight with the BBQ sauce and grilled with pan or saute.

  • 100ml Soy sauce
  • 4 Tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted white sesame
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mirin
  • white pepper

I saute each vegetables (carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper) with salt, pepper, toasted sesame oil, white sesame, grated garlic.
Serve BBQ with lettuce and gochujang sauce.
We usually eat wrap the meat, vegetable, gochujang sauce with lettuce.

For my son, I prepare his favorite panda rice ball!!
