I made this decorated sushi roll  (Teddy bear sushi roll) this morning.

Here is the how I make this sushi roll.

 

 

Teddy bear sushi roll
 
Ingredients
  • 220g Sushi Rice
  • 1 boiled egg yolk part only
  • soy sauce1
  • ½ sheet nori
  • Steamed carrot
  • slice cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut nori ½ and ¼.
  2. [yellow rice] Mix egg york with sushi rice (130g or half amount) and few drop soy sauce
  3. [Ear part] place ¼ nori sheet on the bamboo sheet and spread yellow rice over nori sheet.leaving 1" at both edge. Roll them with oval shape and set aside
  4. [face part] Place ½ nori sheet on the bamboo sheet and spread yellow rice over nori. leaving 1" at both edge. Roll them with round shape and set aside
  5. After nori sheet become soft, cut ear part into half.
  6. Combine ½ size noriseet and ¼ size nori sheet using some of rice. place them on bamboo sheet and spread white rice or different color of rice (I mixed with seawead flake) over nori sheet.

  7. place face and ear on the center of sheet.
  8. Roll them and Slice Sushi Roll into pieces. After the knife is moistened in water, cut nori rolls into 3-4 equal piece
  9. Use nori cutter or scisar for eys and nose. Prepare other part using slice cheese and carrot.
  10. Place face part on the sushi roll.

I  added this carrot rose for Valentine’s day decoration.
