Ingredients
  • Carrot
  • salt
  • snap peas or snow peas

Instructions
  1. Peel carrot with vegetable skin peeler.
  2. Prepare a pot of salted, boiling water.
  3. Place carrot into the boiling water and blanch about 1 minutes.
  4. Remove them from the pot and drain.
  5. Put 3-4 slice of carrot.
  6. Rolle them.
