I cooked oven friend Chicken Cutlet made with panko and homemade ketchup in last weekend.

I found the great homemade ketchup recipe from here and I arranged some ingredients that we had at home from original recipe.  My son could not stop eating and asking for more kechup!! I definitely cook homemade ketchup from now on

[homemade ketchup recipe]

  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

I combined all the ingredients and cook with mediup high until boil, then recduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

[Oven Fried Chicken Cutlet]

  • 1 pound of chicken, cut into bite size
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • [A]
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 Tab lespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon dried basil powder
  • 2 teaspoon white wine
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teasoon garlic powder

Instruction
1. Marinade chicken with ingredients [A] over night.
2. Preheat oven to 400 F. Garlic Salt and pepper your chicken. Toss in the Panko bread crumbs.
3.Place on a cooking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until no longer pink.

Serve with the homemade ketchup.
