I was watching Korean drama “Jewel in the Palace (Daejanggeum)” and I saw heroine Jang-geum and kitchen court ladies were cooking royal cuisine.  I wanted to cook one of their dish -special shrimp skewers with vegetables, one day and  bring this for company potluck party in few years ago. Since I have never have chance to post recipe and now I would like to share it with you.

This appetizer is time consuming cooking but it is great for appetizer.
