I bought fresh colorful bell pepper in last weekend and cooked colorful penguin.
Here is the recipe how I cooked penguin rice ball with those bell peppers.Also you can refer penguin rice ball from the recipe I posted earlier.

Ingredients
Riceball
  • 1½ bowl cooked Rice for rice ball
  • 1 Tablespoon furikake (Mitoku Nori Miso Sprinkle) : you can use anything cooked fish, veggie, meat etc
  • Corn and green pea
  • ½ Teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Nori sheet
For Penguin face
  • ⅛ bell pepper (Green, red, yellow)
  • 1 slioce white american slice cheese
  • 1 angel hair pasta
  • ¼ nori sheet for eye
tool I use
  • Nori punch
  • cookie cutter (option)

Instructions
Preparation
sprinkle salt and steam bell pepper 1 minutes. (or add 1 teaspoon water, cover plastic and put in microwabe about 1 mins)
instruction
  1. mix rice, furikake, veggie, toasted sesame oil
  2. make 2 rice ball with plastic wrap.
  3. Cut nori with scissors as picture shown
  4. wrap rice ball with nori using plastic and leave them for a while.
  5. Cut slice cheese into 1 big round shape and cut it half for tummy.
  6. Cut each color’s of bell pepper as picture shown below.
  7. skewer with a bit of uncooked spaghetti (angel hair pasta) for feet, nose instead of a toothpick. it will become soft until lunch time with moisture from rice.
  8. use nori punch for eyes and place them.
