On March 11th, 2011, the great earthquake and tsunami struck Japan. The 9.0 magnitude quake devastated northeastern Japan and the tsunami which followed brought unimaginable havoc in its wake. I went TOGETHER FOR 3.11 FIRST ANNIVERSARY MEMORIAL FOR JAPAN’S EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI VICTIMS
This is lunch is for senfing my message for Japan to support to overcome and recover Japan. (Teddy bear holding Japanese national flag.)
I also included today how to make colorful rice without using food coloring.
Here is the recipe
[Ingredients]
- 1 bouw cooked rice
Purple rice
- 2 Tablespoon Rice
- 1 teaspoon cooked beet minced
- pinch salt
Green Rice
- 2 Tablespoon Rice
- 1 Tablespoon cooked Green pea puree
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon tofu mayonnaise
Yellow rice
- 2 Tablespoon Rice
- 1 Tablespoon mushed kabocha squash
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon tofu mayonnaise
Orange rice
- 2 Tablespoon Rice
- 1 Tablespoon carrot puree
- pinch salt
Other Part
- Ear: String cheese
- Nose: Slice cheese
- Eye & Nose: nori
Tuna Salad
- Can tuna
- tofu mayonnaise
[Direction]
- mix each rice ingredients
- divide each colored rice into 2 and make rice ball with plastic wrap
- use spoon to make round like macaron.
- Add tuna salad between rice
- slice string cheese into 4/1 inch and stick bear’s ear with uncooked spagetti.
- Add other face parts.
