Last weekend I missed Korean food so badly and I cooked this meat ball with Korean BBQ sauce.  So easy to make. Mix ingredients and put them oven.

This is super  easy and time saving  for busy moms!!

 


Korean BBQ sauce Meat ball

Ingredients
meatball
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 scallion minced
  • 1 shiitake mushroom minced
  • 2 Tablespoon spinach minced
  • 1 Tablespoon carrot minced
  • 1 Tablespoon cerely minced
  • 1 egg
  • 8 Tablespoon panko
  • 3 Tablespoon Spelt Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2/1 salt
  • pepper
Korean BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon white wine (Rice wine)
  • 2 Tablespoon mirin
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 3-4 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Gochujang
  • 100 ml dashi stock (or non-salted vegetable stock /water)
A
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
Garnish (option)
  • Scallon, pepper, sesame seed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degree celsius)
  2. Add all ingredients of meat ball and knead to combine well
  3. Shape into small meatballs 1 to 1½ inches in diameter.
  4. Place on baking pans and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
Sauce
  1. Add all sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to boil.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup of cold water and add to sauce. Stir constantly to allow the sauce to thicken.
