I cook this dish a lot. We can use this for chapchae (noodle with Veegetable), kimbap (Korean style sushi roll), and Bi Bim Bop ( mixed vegetables with rice).

Korean seasoned spinach salad (namul)
  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1-2 teaspoon salt (adjust your taste)
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon mirin (or brown rice syrup or sugar)
  1. wash vegetable.
  2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30-60 seconds..
  3. Remove spinach quickly and rinse in cold water.
  4. Gently squeeze the spinach to remove excess water.
  5. Mix all ingredients A and marinade with spinach.
