This is yesterday’s dinner for my son.
Menu is Egg lion rice ball, tomato & basil salad, Tofu turkey hamburg, steam vegetables with sweet dressing, and Kiwi.
My started being picky for the food recently and he throw the food he does not like when I was not watching him.
But he ate them all today.

Egg lion rice ball
 
Ingredients
  • cooked Rice for 2 rice ball
A
  • a boiled egg york mashed
  • 1 teaspoon mashed kabocha (option)
  • 1 teaspoon cooked fish white meat (option)
  • Tofu mayonnaise (or your favorite mayonnaise)
face part
  • ½ sheet Nori (Laver)
  • ½ white american sliced cheese
  • ¼ American Sliced Cheese
  • Kechup
  • 2 Fried noodle (pasta)
Instructions
Preparation
  1. Cut nori sheet ¼ inch wide.Make 8
  2. Cut White americansliced cheese with big round shape cookie cutter. (or you can cut with toothpick). Make 2
  3. Cut American sliced cheese with small round shape cookie cutter. Make 6. cut in half 2 of them .
  4. Use nori punch for eyes.
Instruction
  1. mix rice and ingredients A
  2. make 2 rice balles
  3. Place nori sheet strip on the rice ball as following photos.
  4. place all face part as following photos.
  5. add kechup on the center of face for nose.
  6. stick fried noodle on the orange sliced cheese.
