After I moved to New York, my husband introduced me this green vegetable called “Choy sum”. Choy sum  means “vegetable heart” in Cantonese and is very common green vegetable for them.
Whenever we go restaurant in Chinatown my husband ordered this dish and I tried to make something similar to the dish the restaurant serve.

I am not sure this is right recipe, but my husband told me this is very close to the dish from  Chinatown restaurant.
