What is “Bi Bim Bop”?
Bi bim bop is popular Korean signature dish. The word “Bi Bim Bop” means “mix rice” Bi bim bap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujangGochujan (also spelled kochuchangGochujan (also spelled kochuchang and gochuchangGochujan (also spelled kochuchang and gochuchang) is korean hot paste condiment made in fermented misoMade by fermenting rice, barley and/or soybeans, with salt etc...The most typical miso made with soy.

eggplant namul
- 2 eggplant
- A
- 1 tablespoon scallion minced
- 1/2 – 1 red peper sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oilVegetable oil made from sesame seeds. You can find this oil in any Asian grocery super market.
Vegetable oil made from sesame seeds. You can find this oil in any Asian grocery super market.
- 1-2 pinch salt
- Cut eggplant into 8 pieces.
- steam them about 5-7 minutes
- chill them, cut smaller piecies if you need. dress them in ingredients A
watercress (spinach) namul
- 1 bunches of watercress or spinach (about 1/2 lb)

- salt
- 1-2 pinch red peper
- 1 teaspoon sesame
- 1 teaspoon sesame oilVegetable oil made from sesame seeds. You can find this oil in any Asian grocery super market.

- Wash the watercress (spinach.) Steam until just tender and still green. Dip them in cool water in seconds. Strain and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Dress them in ingredients B
soybean sprout namul
- 300g soybean sprout
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame
- 1 tablespoon sesame oilVegetable oil made from sesame seeds. You can find this oil in any Asian grocery super market.

- In the pot, add 1/2 cup of water, soybean sprout, salt and steam about 7-8 minutes
- chill them, and toss sesame, sesame oilVegetable oil made from sesame seeds. You can find this oil in any Asian grocery super market.

Place steam riceBring in the bowl and add 3 vegetable namul on the top.
Also add simmering water from soybean sprout namul. (They helps weak stomach, digestion as well.)
When you eat, mix all vegetable and rice with gochujangGochujan (also spelled kochuchangGochujan (also spelled kochuchang and gochuchangGochujan (also spelled kochuchang and gochuchang) is korean hot paste condiment made in fermented misoMade by fermenting rice, barley and/or soybeans, with salt etc...The most typical miso made with soy.
